폭행
The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. Around August 11, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed an assault against the victim on the ground that the Defendant: (b) at the Bupyeong-gu Incheon metropolitan apartment; and (c) the victim D (n, 41 years of age) offered that the Defendant would be able to assist the Defendant; and (d) caused the victim to walk one time on the part of the victim’s buckbucks; and (e) collected the bricks located there.
2. Determination
(a) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act;
B. On October 15, 2015, after the indictment of this case, submission of an agreement to the effect that the victim does not want the punishment of the defendant
(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
