A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
The defendant shall order the completion of a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, along with the victim D(23) with intellectual disability 3 as well as the victim D(23) who was working at the E disabled protection work site, had obscenity through TV, and had a obscenity mind to commit an indecent act against the victim with a obscenity’s age and a weak force.
1. On April 29, 2016, from around 17:30 to around 19:00, the Defendant: (a) completed a camp at the protection site; (b) discovered the victim who is going to the house, and (c) moved the victim’s arms to the said toilet; (d) led the victim’s arms to the said toilet; and (e) went off the victim’s fright and panty; and (e) led the victim to the victim’s fright and panty; and (e) fright the victim’s sexual organ to his hand.
2. On April 30, 2016, from around 15:00 to around 17:00, the Defendant discovered the victim at the first floor toilet in the I care hospital located in the above H, and then inserted the Defendant’s sexual organ in the victim’s text after leaving the hospital, i.e., “Yeng-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si, ...” to the victim’s arms and the victim refused to take the victim’s arms by hand, leading the victim to the said toilet, she was off the victim’s sexual organ and pande the victim’s sexual organ by hand, and inserted the victim’s sexual organ in the victim’s text.
3. 4. From around 17:00 to around 19:00 on May 3, 2016, the Defendant discovered a victim who is going to a house before and after leaving a public toilet in MM market, and led the victim to the above toilet, exceeded the victim’s sexual organ by hand and panty, and exceeded the victim’s sexual organ.
Accordingly, the defendant has a mental disability through four times by force.
