If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

On April 18, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for fraud at the Busan District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on April 26, 2014.

The Defendant, around 21:00 on July 17, 2013, received a total of KRW 52,000,00 from the victim, as if he/she had no capacity or intent to pay liquor, etc., at the “D” point of the victim C’s operation located in Busan Northern-gu, Busan, and acquired it by deceiving the victim with the amount of KRW 52,00,00,00, such as cattle 2 disease, beer, beer, and beer.
