A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
No person shall provide game products for distribution or use which have not been classified, or display or keep them for such purposes.
From November 9, 2019 to the 13th day of the same month, the Defendant provided non-graded game products, such as providing the 19 B and the 41st day of the new grandchildren game machine to unspecified customers, and displayed or kept the 19th day of the Vietnam-gu, Busan, and the 2nd day of the same month.

The reasons for sentencing under Article 44(2) of the Act on the Promotion of Confiscation Industry do not specify the number of the game machines of this case which the defendant provided for use without being rated, and in that the provision of use of such game machines can cause the general public to commit a speculative spirit, the crime of this case is not good, but it appears that the period of operation of the game room of this case is shorter, and the defendant does not have any criminal record other than the criminal record of a fine of this case, and the defendant has no other criminal record other than the criminal record of this case, the punishment shall be determined as ordered by taking into account all the following factors such as the defendant's age, character and behavior, environment, motive or circumstance of the crime, means and method of the crime, contents and result of the crime, circumstances after the crime, etc.
