1. The defendant shall pay 46,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from June 28, 2009 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On August 2007, the Plaintiff supplied vehicle fuels to the Defendant, and the Defendant agreed to pay the unpaid amount of KRW 46 million, and thus, the said money is sought. 2. Judgment by service by applicable provisions of law (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act)
