1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 44,320,440 as well as KRW 42,00,000 among them, from July 23, 2015 to the day of full payment.

According to the evidence evidence Nos. 1 and 2 of the judgment as to the cause of the claim, the Plaintiff may each recognize the following facts: (a) on July 30, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a loan transaction agreement with the Defendant on a fixed rate of 15% per annum; (b) on July 30, 2015, the overdue interest rate of 15% per annum; and (c) on July 22, 2015, the amount of the principal and interest of the loan amount of KRW 44,320,440 (i.e., principal amount of KRW 42,00,000 or interest or interest interest of KRW 2,320,40).
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum from July 23, 2015 to the date of full payment of the principal and interest of KRW 44,320,440 and the principal of KRW 42,00,000,00, which is the following day of the above base date.
2. If so, the plaintiff's claim is accepted for reasons.
