1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) shall pay KRW 238,550,000 to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) and KRW 13,800,000 out of the above amount.

Reasons

. The Defendant completed the production according to the specifications stated in the instant quotation finally determined through consultation between the Defendant and the factory designated by the Defendant.

(2) Of the instant machines, the capacity of freezing apparatus, which is the heat source of the cooling apparatus, is 40RaT [RT 1°T 3,320ccal/h required for making ice 24 hours with the heat necessary for making ice 24 hours for water of 0°1 ton of water.

[) In addition, polypropy and polyethylene, which are the raw material of waterproof sheet that the Defendant intends to produce, may obtain a waterproof set in solid condition below the minimum 50 cc. Since the amount of production specified in the instant estimate is 400 cc/h, the amount of production specified in the instant estimate requires 44,000 ccal/h to cooling the said raw material from 160 cc to 50 cc., 40 cc. (i.e., 123,800 ccal/h) with the said freezing apparatus, 160 cc. to cooling the said raw material from 160 cc. to 50 cc.

However, the above freezing machine is transmitting three hhing rolls (400*200L =1 Rlo, 300*200L =200L =200l). However, the above three hingls alone are too small in the contact area for the above hinging machine transmission, and at least two hingls installed in the instant machine should be installed additionally in order to fully convey the freezing capacity of 40RT to raw materials. The additional installation cost is expected to be equivalent to KRW 16,50,000,00 calculated by the cost of installing a school roll in the instant estimate.

③ The instant machines shall be produced by combining two parts of raw materials of film 0.5t thickness with 1.00 tons so that they can be produced by the maximum thickness of 6.00 tons, and the instant machines may be produced by combining two parts of raw materials of the thickness of 0.50 tons with the thickness of 0.9 meters and with the thickness of 0.99 meters.

(4) When the speed of the machinery of this case is operated on a tent, it may be produced by producing the normal waterproof sets. In such cases, the quantity of production may be produced when the machinery of this case is operated at a normal speed.
