1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 57,700,000 won and 6% per annum from May 10, 2017 to April 29, 2019.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Grounds for partial dismissal: The part of the claim for the payment of damages for delay exceeding the rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 to June 1, 2019, among the plaintiff's claims, pursuant to the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 29678, May 21, 2019).
