1. The defendant shall pay 28 million won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from March 8, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On March 5, 2013, the Plaintiff: (a) leased the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C Apartment 902 from the Defendant to the lease deposit of KRW 28 million; and (b) from March 26, 2013 to March 25, 2015; (c) on the premise that the lease contract was terminated due to the expiration of the lease term, the Plaintiff filed a claim for refund of deposit premised on the termination of the lease term.
