A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight years.
The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 120 hours.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant of "2017 Gohap 213" is a space between the victim C (n, 20 years of age) and the first view.
1. On August 17, 2017, the Defendant: (a) discovered a victim who was off or under the influence of alcohol from the corridor of the first floor of the D Building in Bupyeong-si, Busan on August 17, 2017; and (b) had the intent to rape the victim.
The Defendant, upon approaching the victim, attempted to have sexual intercourse with the victim’s will and panty, who refused it, got the two arms of the victim who escaped, brought the victim into the stairs of the emergency exit of the same building and moved the victim, led the victim under the stairs, and tried to have sexual intercourse with the victim’s will and panty. However, the Defendant did not have the intent to escape with the wind of the victim.
Accordingly, although the defendant tried to rape the victim, the defendant tried to commit rape, and tried to commit multiple scamblings that require treatment of the victim for about a week.
2. At the same time and place as indicated in the above paragraph 1, the Defendant thief saw the victim’s market value as the victim’s ownership, panty, panty, joints, handphones (S8), and 300,000 won.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.
On November 8, 2005, the Defendant, “2017 Gohap 275, the Defendant, at around 01:40 on November 8, 2005, thought that the victim F (n, 21 years of age) was under the influence of alcohol, was entering the victim’s house, and was able to commit rape.
At around 02:10 on the same day, the Defendant intruded into the victim’s house through the victim’s house windows, and went off the victim’s panty and panty, and caused the victim’s body to take part in the lock by the Defendant’s body, thereby preventing the victim from resisting the damaged person by preventing the victim from being injured by his/her hand.
Accordingly, the defendant intrudes upon the victim's residence.
