1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 161,956,00 and the interest rate thereon from March 16, 2017 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The active fish price sold by the Plaintiff to the Defendants who sell fishery products in the trade name “E” from November 28, 2016 to January 19, 2017.
2. Judgment on deemed confessions of applicable provisions of Acts (Articles 150 (3) and 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act);
