The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below was just in finding the defendant guilty of violating the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act by violating the prohibition of use of undisclosed information among the facts charged in this case, and it did not err by misapprehending the legal principles on the prohibition of double punishment and the calculation of additional charges, as alleged in the ground of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
