On May 21, 2013, around 22:23, 2013, the Defendant driven B rocketing car with a blood alcohol content of about 50 meters from the parking lot of the first floor of Bupyeong-si, 1156, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, to the roads before and after the end of the above Bupyeong-si, Seocheon-si.
