Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
(A)The Defendant is a person whose employment contract is terminated due to his indivating of duties, indivating with the employees, or protesting against the direction while employed for security service in the C and worked as security guards at the D located in Ansan-si.
1. Interference with business;
A. On July 18, 201, from 08:34 on July 18, 201 to 08:47 on July 26, 201, the Defendant: (a) interfered with the work of the Victim(s)C for 9 days, such as: (b) the Defendant’s complaint that unilaterally terminated his/her employment contract with himself/herself; and (c) the Defendant’s failure to get out of the company without receiving the phone from outside due to the continuous act of cutting off the phone 740 times via the representative telephone of the 5th floor of the Gangnam-gu Seoul E-building, including the list of crimes (1).
B. On July 20, 201, from around 09:56 to 11:46 the same day, the Defendant called from around July 20, 201 to the home office of the State, as shown in the Schedule of Crimes (C), to the (State) F, which has a annual sales of KRW 6 billion, as shown in the Schedule of Crimes (C), and, “I” means that “I have been unfairly dismissed from the State, and will die from the State, and will not make any transaction with the Company, I have repeatedly obstructed the victim’s normal trading business.”
C. On July 15, 201, from around 20:47 to around 10:30 on July 25, 201, the Defendant phoneed 57 times from 20:5 to 10:30 on July 25, 201, to G (H) as indicated in the annexed List of Crimes (2), and obstructed the victim’s business by saying, “The Defendant, on his behalf, was subjected to an unfair dismissal, by phone call on behalf of himself. (State) the representative telephone I, which would interfere with the business of the victim (State)C by having the victim receive a call from G 2 to 3 times.”
2. Intimidation;
A. On July 201, the Defendant is the team leader of the said company by posting a telephone by the main telephone located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul E-building located in Gangnam-gu Seoul.
