1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 157,985,400 won and the interest rate of 15% per annum from August 9, 2017 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. On June 15, 2007, the Plaintiff, under Defendant C’s joint and several sureties, lent KRW 180 million to Defendant B, and was not repaid KRW 157,985,400 among them.
2. Grounds;
(a) Defendant B: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);
(b) Defendant C: Judgment on deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act)
