1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 29,50,000 won and 6% per annum from February 1, 2015 to July 18, 2016.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, by January 2015, supplied the Defendant Company B with the product amounting to KRW 29,500,000, including “the pressure pumps and valves” until January 2015. On January 27, 2015, the Plaintiff received the outstanding amount from the Defendant A until January 30, 2015, and was jointly and severally guaranteed by the Defendant A with respect to the said obligation. Therefore, the Plaintiff sought performance of the judgment without pleading on February 2, 2015 (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act)
