1. The Defendant’s KRW 150,000,000 as well as 8% per annum from May 26, 2010 to July 8, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. The plaintiff, on May 25, 201, lent KRW 75,000,000 to the defendant at an annual interest rate of 8% per annum on May 25, 2010 on the condition that KRW 75,00,000 on the due date for payment shall be December 31, 2010; the remainder of KRW 75,000,000 on June 30, 201; however, the defendant did not pay in full the principal and interest of the plaintiff's demand, thereby causing the claim in this case.
