A. On December 9, 2004, the Plaintiff was sentenced by the Incheon District Court to the Defendant that “The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 22,600,000 and the amount equivalent to 20% per annum from November 26, 2004 to the full payment date” (In Incheon District Court Decision 2004Ga60392). The above judgment became final and conclusive around that time.

B. However, the defendant did not pay the above amount until now, and the plaintiff filed the lawsuit in this case for the interruption of extinctive prescription because the period of extinguishment of the above claim has expired.
