The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly admitted by the first instance court, which maintained the reasoning of the lower court, the lower court was justifiable to have determined that all of the charges of this case were guilty on May 17, 2013, July 16, 2013, and August 7, 2013, on the grounds indicated in its reasoning. In so doing, the lower court did not err by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations and exceeding the bounds of the principle of logic and experience and free evaluation of evidence.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
