1. Larceny;

A. B. On December 30, 2014, the Defendant cut off a 120,000 won of the market price owned by the victim, including 1,50,000, 3 credit cards such as 1, identification cards, and slot cards, and 3, cash 20,000, and 300,000,000 won of the market price of the victim’s possession, and a 120,000,000,000 won of the market price of the victim’s possession, which is located in front of the 7th floor cultural center of the department department of department of department.

2. Fraud or violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On December 28, 2014, the Defendant: (a) purchased rice, etc. from “Huss” located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon; (b) presented the national card owned by E, as seen above, and had the victim I (n, 62 years old), who is a business owner, used it to pay the price; and (c) received rice, shot, etc. equivalent to 31,500 won at the market price from the victim; and (d) used a stolen credit card.

B. On December 28, 2014, the Defendant purchased an extinction, etc. from the “Kart” located in Bupyeong-gu, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, and 101, and had the victim L (here, 37 years of age) who is an employee of the Defendant present a stolen E-owned national card, as if he/she had a legitimate right to use it, and had the victim pay the price, and then have the victim pay the price at KRW 21,150 of the market price.
