The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of CKaman II vehicles.

On October 28, 2012, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 16:22 on October 28, 2012, and calls at an intersection where the left left-hand turn is installed at the right-hand turn-hand turn-hand turn-hand turn-hand four-lanes at the entrance of the Jeju Jeju Jeju Jeju Jeju Jeju Jeju Jeju District Office.

The turn to the left was made in the direction of the Silve Family Corporation.

In this case, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by preventing accidents from impeding normal traffic of other vehicles in the opposite direction in a thorough manner while making a left turn to a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglects this and turn to the left.

In reinforcement, D (27 years of age, south) who was straight from the right lane in the direction of Seoul to the right side of the EM5 vehicle driven by the defendant was shocked into the front side of the vehicle driven by the defendant.

As a result, the Defendant suffered from the injury of F (27 years of age, inn) who was on board SM5 vehicles due to the above occupational negligence in approximately five weeks to the right 5-day treatment, such as cutting the alley of water pelle, etc. at the right 12,291,00 won of the repair cost for SM5 vehicles to exchange straws.
