A. On February 22, 2005, the Plaintiff and C have two children as the legal couple who completed the marriage report.

B. C had known the Defendant from the date in which he had become aware of and had an illegal relationship, and the Plaintiff, who became aware of this, filed a claim for damages against the Defendant.

(2) On October 10, 2019, the Plaintiff and the Defendant agreed to pay the damages amounting to KRW 1.6 million on October 10, 2019, and then the Plaintiff withdrawn the said lawsuit.

C. Even after the above agreement, the Defendant continued to maintain the illegal relationship with C.

According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is liable to compensate the plaintiff for mental damage suffered by the plaintiff due to the defendant's improper act committed with C in cash, and the amount is reasonable to determine 20,000,000 won in consideration of all the circumstances shown in the above case.
