Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. G Agricultural Partnership Co., Ltd. (main office: prime office of Kuju-si) (hereinafter “G Association”) entered into a sales contract between G Association and buyer. G Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “G Association”) is the first apartment J on October 6, 2010.
