The Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment on April 27, 2001 with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Daejeon High Court on April 27, 2001; imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime at the Daejeon District Court on June 30, 2005; imprisonment with prison labor for a period of one year and six months; on July 19, 2007, with prison labor for the same crime; five times more than three years; and on January 10, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime at the Gangnam Branch Branch of the Chuncheon District Court on January 10, 201 and completed the execution of the sentence at the Daejeon District Court on October 10, 2015.

1. On August 6, 2017, at around 20:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a crime prevention window installed on the window in the office of the victim D located in Daejeon Middle-gu, Daejeon; (b) opened the house of the victim; and (c) intruded the victim’s house through the window, and went into the room; and (d) opened one camera with the victim’s market price equivalent to one million won in the location; and (b) cut off the victim’s house with one visual range equivalent to one million won in the market price.

2. On August 10, 2017, around 14:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a bend window of the victim F in the Dong-gu Daejeon-gu Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-gu, and went into the room and intrudes on the victim’s residence; (b) had one wall in an amount equivalent to 30,000 won of the market price where the head of the Gu’s seal impression in the location was located; and (c) stolen it.

3. On August 10, 2017, at around 16:30 on August 10, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened a front door door and opened a door door to the victim’s dwelling; and (b) invaded the victim’s dwelling; (c) placed one half of the market price in the victim’s possession in the said place, and stolen it.

4. On August 12, 2017, at around 15:00, the Defendant opened a back door to the house of the victim J located in Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, which was not corrected, and intruded into the victim’s residence. The Defendant had a 230,000 won right per day owned by the victim and a 2.80,000 won right per cash, including a 50,000 won per hour, and stolen it.
