Punishment of the crime
[2014 Man-Ma400] D is a disguised marriage broker who recruits Koreans who have difficulty in economic conditions, and prepares marriage documents, etc. that enable them to enter the Republic of Korea to enter the Republic of Korea to make a marriage by linking Vietnam who wants to be employed. E is a Korean marriage relative who is to receive compensation and to make a disguised marriage with F (Vetnam Women). G is a Korean marriage relative who is to receive compensation and to make a disguised marriage with Defendant A (Vetnam Women). Defendant B is a person who has arranged a disguised marriage by introducing Eul as a means of recruiting men who will be a disguised marriage with D under the direction of D, and H is a person who has arranged a disguised marriage with D, and H is a local broker of Vietnam who has arranged the disguised marriage of the above FF, and I is a person who has introduced a disguised marriage with D through a disguised arrangement for recruiting women who will be a disguised marriage with D's instructions.
1. Defendant A’s joint criminal conduct with Defendant A D, G, and I: “In the event of a person wishing to punish money through a funeral marriage, I introduced him/her, and requested him/her to do so; I recruited G on May 201, on condition of giving him/her all and the consideration for the Vietnam travel expense, and introduced it to D.
D was recruited in order to report marriage to G and Defendant A without a genuine intention of marriage after receiving KRW 5 million from G to receive fees, and by preparing documents necessary for reporting marriage, it was recruited in order to report marriage without a genuine intention of marriage.
D and Defendant A submitted to the public official in charge of family relationship registration as if G were to marry in fact without having the intention to marry with Defendant A, and made the public official enter the content of the marriage in G’s family relationship information system into the public official, thereby reporting false facts to the public official and making the public official enter false facts into the public official’s electronic records.
