However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On June 22, 2007, the Defendant issued, at the Daegu District Court, a summary order of 2.5 million won as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act and a violation of the Road Traffic Act (free license), and on April 29, 2014, the same court issued a fine of 5 million won as a penalty for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

On May 14, 2015, at around 21:42, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a dial vehicle owned by himself/herself at a one kilometer level from the front side of the North Korean High School in Gyeongdong-gu, Gyeongdong-gu, Gyeongdong-dong, to the front side of the same nives of the human nature.
