However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Damage to property;

A. On February 10, 2016, at around 17:00, the Defendant found the entrance door to “D” used by the victim C (here, 60 years of age) in Daegu Northern-gu B as the office and the house, and damaged the door mold and the locking device to be in excess of KRW 200,000 for repair costs, on the ground that the victim does not open the door.

B.
