Reasons

On September 13, 2018, around 21:02, the Defendant assaulted the Victim D (Woo, 55 years old) around C Mat in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, on the ground that he refused the Defendant’s request and reported it to the police as he was in the Defendant’s home, by his hand, on the ground that he refused the Defendant’s request and reported it to the Defendant.
