The Defendant is a person who operates a general restaurant in the name of “C restaurant” in Gwangju-si B.

A person who prepares, sells or provides agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof pursuant to the Act on Origin Labeling of Agricultural and Fishery Products shall place an indication of the place of origin on the agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof, and shall not place a false indication or indication likely to cause confusion.

During the period from July 19, 2016 to May 12, 2017, the Defendant purchased 462,000 g of Australia beef processed products (names of products) equivalent to the market price of 462,00 won (names of products) from E located in Gwangju-si, and used 82.4 g as food ingredients for food raw materials for food “nives by multiplying the cafeteria “nives” as a restaurant, and falsely marked the place of origin of food windows by multiplying the meg by the meg’s meg as domestic origin, and sold 103 minutes (sale amounting to 824,000 won) of the meg, which were sold to unspecified customers by means of multiplying the meg’s meg by the time of detection on May 16, 2017.
