1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 82,239,89 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from July 20, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Claim: (a) the Plaintiff, who was employed by the Defendant Company and provided labor from June 3, 2016 to October 18, 2018; (b) the amount of unpaid wages of 67,238,981 won, retirement allowances of 11,541,348 won, total of 82,239,89 won, and damages for delay thereof, from October 3, 2017 to retirement.
