1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from April 13, 2017 to the date of complete payment.

When comprehensively considering the purport of the entire pleadings in Gap evidence No. 1 as to the cause of the claim, the plaintiff can be found to have lent KRW 40,000,00 to the defendant on February 27, 2017. As such, the defendant is obligated to pay the plaintiff the amount of KRW 40,000,000 and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from April 13, 2017 to the date of delivery of the copy of the application for the instant payment order.
2. The conclusion is that the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
