1. All appeals against the instant principal lawsuit and counterclaim by the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) are dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal shall be the principal lawsuit.

The reasoning of the court of first instance for the acceptance of the judgment is as follows: (a) the evidence additionally submitted by the court is insufficient to acknowledge the defendant's assertion; (b) the statement of evidence No. 14-1 and No. 2; and (c) the statement of the reasoning of the court of first instance other than the rejection of witness G of this court's testimony; and (c) thus, (d) it is acceptable
2. In conclusion, the judgment of the first instance is just, and all appeals against the Defendant’s principal lawsuit and counterclaim are dismissed.
