However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On 208, the Defendant made it difficult for Korea to re-entry due to his illegal stay in Korea due to his illegal stay in China, forged a passport, etc. in the name of “C (C, D”) “C” through an influence in China, and used the passport to enter Korea around the end of 2008, and used it in the name of the Defendant to obtain a driver’s license in that name.

On January 20, 2012, the Defendant: (a) stated that he was “C” and “G” in the name column of the application for a driver’s license test for a motor vehicle that was kept at the Fmotor vehicle driving school located in E at the time of harmony; (b) forged one copy of the application for a driver’s license test for a motor vehicle in the name of C, a private document pertaining to the proof of fact by attaching the Defendant’s photograph on the name and attaching the Defendant’s photograph to the name; and (c) submitted it as if he had been genuinely prepared to an employee in the name of the said private teaching institute who was aware of the forgery.

On February 18, 2012, the Defendant presented an application for the above forged C’s application at a private teaching institute as indicated in paragraph (1) of the same Article, and applied for a Class 1 ordinary department of driver’s license and an internal skill test on the part of himself/herself as C. On February 26, 2012, the Defendant applied for a road driving test on February 26, 2012, thereby interfering with legitimate performance of duties concerning the public official’s duty of supervision and management of the driver’s license of the traffic management corporation by deceptive means.

On February 28, 2012, the Defendant entered false matters in the license certificate is not guilty in the first class ordinary driver’s license issued by the Gyeonggi-do Commissioner General of the National Police Agency by submitting an application for the first class ordinary driver’s license in the name of C, and submitting the application for the first class ordinary driver’s license in the name of C, and submitting the pass certificate and the Defendant’s photograph to a public official in charge of the traffic management corporation’s license, thereby making a false report.
