The Defendant is a person who was a temporary president of a B apartment reconstruction project association from June 19, 2012 to September 26, 2012.

Where members of a committee or owners of land, etc. request perusal or reproduction of documents and data related to the implementation of an improvement project, the chairperson of the promotion committee or the project implementer shall comply therewith within 15 days.

On August 8, 2012, the Defendant did not comply with the request within 15 days, even if he/she received a request for perusal or reproduction of documents and related data relating to the implementation of a rearrangement project, such as partnership account books, from C, a partner.
