No person shall intentionally cover a motor vehicle registration number plate or make it illegible.
On July 4, 2020, around 17:50 on July 4, 2020, the Defendant parked a car on the “D” front of the “D” road located in Jinjin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and made it difficult for the Defendant to identify a car registration number plate using the sign stating “D” as “business center” after parking a car on the “D” road in front of the “D” road.
