A A shall be punished by a fine of two million won, by a fine of one million won, each of the defendants B and C.

Defendant

A was a person who served as the president of E (hereinafter referred to as “F”) from around 2005, and was elected as a candidate for the president of the FF at the simultaneous election of the president of the National Partnership held on March 11, 2015. Defendant B is a person who held office as F, and Defendant C is a person who is in charge of the management of union members while in office as F-related economic regular business.

Defendants may acquire or maintain membership qualifications against union employees in the process of investigating the actual status of union members from July 2014 to December 2014, under the pretext that the number of union members is increased to the maximum extent with respect to the above FF election.

Accordingly, the Defendants: (a) on December 23, 2014, the regular board of directors of the cooperative, as of December 23, 2014, registered only two of 23 cases of cattle raised by her husband G, and categorized H as qualified members, if there were no objective evidentiary data, such as the details of purchase of feed, and thus, could not be granted as a cooperative member due to the lack of objective evidentiary data; and (b) around February 24, 2015, the Defendants decided the list of union members and submitted it to the committee for the I Election Management, thereby making 76 union members, as shown in the list of crimes, are entered on the list of electors of the above FF association heads, respectively.
