1. The Plaintiff’s loan 7,600,000 won and damages for delay against the Defendant have been discharged.

Reasons

1. Indication of Claim: (a) around July 27, 2012, the Plaintiff was granted immunity from the aforementioned court in the Cheongju District Court 201Da1171, which became final and conclusive on August 11, 2012; (b) since the Defendant’s loans against the Plaintiff, a bankruptcy claim, were omitted on June 12, 2001 on the list of creditors, the Plaintiff’s exemption confirmation is sought.
