On March 30, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for the obstruction of performance of official duties, etc. in the Goyang Branch of the District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the medical prison on March 26, 2013.

1. Around 02:24 June 21, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, Violence, etc.) and the Defendant: (a) took the seat of the victim E (the age of 41) in front of the Chuncheon Police Station D District of the Chuncheon-si Police Station D District and passed the road in front of the leaving-dong office located in the same city where the victim E (the age of 41) was driving; and (b) changed the victim’s destination to “Iskin, so Iskin, I would like to take the victim’s desire to pay the fee first to the victim; and (c) considered the victim’s face that I would have been working in the police station in front of the victim’s first time after making the victim’s oral treatment at the victim’s seat at the same time on two consecutive days:35,02:5.”

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the driver of a vehicle in operation and sustained the victim's injury.

2. On June 21, 2013, around 02:35, the Defendant was prevented from assaulting the above E, as prescribed in paragraph (1), from the victim H (21) who was an auxiliary police officer belonging to the Chuncheon Police Station G, which was working at the front of the Chuncheon Police Station, around 590-1, the Defendant: (a) placed the said H on his hand; (b) put the said H on his hand; and (c) put the said H on his hand; and (d) put the “five parts of the vehicle” standing in front of the front of the said police station’s well-being; and (c) put the victim’s left side by drinking.
