Nevertheless, on February 24, 2018, from around 10:00 to around 13:30 of the same day, the Defendant captured approximately 30 km of 10,000 g of the market price by using a method of projecting and cultivating one net of a view of a sloping view without obtaining permission from the number of South-west-guns, the competent authorities, on the 8-day south-west-west waters located in the area of residents in the Gyeongnam-west-west-gun of the Republic of Korea from around 10:0 to 13:30 of the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant managed fisheries without obtaining permission from the competent authorities.
