A and B shall be punished by imprisonment for two years, and by imprisonment for one year, respectively.

provided that this ruling has become final and conclusive.

Defendant

A and B are marital relations, and the defendant C and F are related parties, and the above four persons resided in G Apartment 104 Dong 1403, Busan Seo-gu G Apartment 104, 1403, and F have lived together with the money which F has been punished by engaging in sexual traffic.

1. Defendant A and B transferred the victim H (the 15 years of age) to the victim’s family, who was a juvenile who had engaged in the act of problem, such as frequent running away from the victim’s family, with the victim’s mother’s mother’s consent from May 1, 2016 to June 10, 2016, the victim was going to the victim’s house in Busan G Apartment-gu G Apartment 104 Dong 1403, Busan, and the victim returned to the victim’s house on June 10, 2016 to the victim’s family.

The Defendants, as the above F was in short of living expenses with the money that had been punished by sexual traffic, had the victim take the victim again and had the victim take sexual traffic in order to raise the living expenses.

At around 17:00 on June 12, 2016, the Defendants: (a) went through the victim’s I to the instant singing practice room with the knowledge that the victim was in the “KKK” located in Busan J; and (b) then, (c) Defendant A entered the said singing practice room and deleted the victim’s mother from the victim’s list by having the victim go out of the victim “if the victim comes to be in place, and there is a time to go to the singing practice room, and there is no time to go to the singing practice room; and (d) the time to go to the singing practice room; and (e) having the victim go to the outside; and (e) having the victim go to the victim’s cell phone after leaving the said vehicle and then getting the victim’s cell phone so that the victim could not contact his mother, the Defendant deleted the victim’s mother from the victim’s friendship list.

Afterward, the Defendants sent the victim to the mutually infinite restaurant located in Seocheon-dong, Busan, and the Defendant A returned to his house by no later than nine pups, and the victim referred to as the “victim who ought to go to his school within the Republic of Korea,” and the Defendant A returned to his house by no later than nine days.
