The defendant is a victim B(44 years of age) and a couple's family relationship, and is currently in a divorce lawsuit with a victim.

When the Defendant came to know of the fact that the victim was travelling to C and Bolar on February 2018, when the Defendant was requested to divorce from the victim, he was able to slander the Defendant by posting the fact on the information and communication network, such as Internet page, in which the Defendant works.

3. 피고인은 2018. 3. 15.경 불상지에서, 2018. 3. 15.자 C의 인터넷 페이스북 게시글 아래에 “본인은 아들 친구 학부모캉 보라카이 3박 4알 갔다오고 친구라네여..ㅋㅋ마이즐겼지 ㅋㅋ혼자 ”, “F 혼자 그마이 즐겼으면 됐죠..ㅋㅋㅋ학부모캉 단둘이 보러카이가고 전화도 한시간 이상하고”라는 덧글을 작성하여 불특정 다수의 사람들로 하여금 피고인이 작성한 위 덧글을 볼 수 있도록 하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant has damaged the reputation of the victim by divulging facts openly through information and communication network with a view to slandering the victim.
