B around June 1, 2009, after opening a gas station with the trade name “D” to Dong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, in order to employ E as an employee, and to sell similar petroleum products by mixing it with similar petroleum products in the proportion of 1:30 square meters and 1:40 square meters and 20,000 liters with the first floor slve building used as an office and a restaurant, and cement block building 1, and 5,00 square meters with underground storage tank 5 and active carbon, and 20,00 square meters with a slive tank with a slve with a slive storage tank (boil, etc.) with a slive carbon, slive white oil installed with it, and then selling it to the slive petroleum products by mixing it with similar petroleum products in the proportion of transit and 1:1.

2. Determination

A. The crime of violating the Petroleum and Petroleum Substitute Fuel Business Act following the manufacturing and selling of the instant pseudo petroleum products is the Gu.
