The defendant pays 14 million won to the applicant for compensation by deceit.

1. On May 201, 201, the Defendant: (a) was the “D Beauty Materials Company,” operated by the Defendant on May 201, 201, which was operated by the Defendant on the Hamk-si, Hamk-si; (b) said, the Defendant told the victim B to the effect that the Defendant would pay the principal after the tenth of the month interest if the Defendant borrowed KRW 4 million to the Defendant.”

As above, the Defendant deceivings the victim as above, and obtained 4 million won from the victim as the borrowed money on the same day, and acquired it by fraud.

2. On June 27, 2011, around 15:00 on June 27, 201, the defrauded Defendant told the victim B to the effect that the victim B “it is necessary to pay KRW 5 million to the company for the functional cosmetics agent. If the Defendant borrowed KRW 5 million, he/she would pay the interest on KRW 10,000 per month and pay the principal after one month.”

However, at the time of fact, the defendant did not have the intent or ability to repay the borrowed money to the victim.

3. On July 11, 2011, around 15:30 on July 11, 201, the fraud Defendant stated to the effect that “the money is required to purchase functional cosmetics. If the Defendant borrowed KRW 5 million, the Defendant would pay the principal within a month after paying interest on ten (10) monthly interest.”

However, the defendant did not have the intent or ability to repay the borrowed money to the victim.

As above, the defendant deceivings the victim as above and acquired 5 million won as the loan money from the victim on the same day.
