1. On January 16, 2015, at the front parking lot in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Defendant expressed a desire to the above E, the victim, “I am friend, I am friend, I am friend, I am friend, I am friend, I am friend, I am friend, I am friend, I am friend, I am friend, and I am friend, I amfriend, I amfriend, I am friend, I am friend, I am a bitch, I am son, I am a bitch, I am a bitch, I am a bitch.”

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers concerning handling 112 reports, and openly insultd the victim.

2. On the same day, the Defendant arrested in the act of committing the crime under the same suspicion as described in paragraph (1) and transferred his/her face and turbane to the Ginjin Police Station office located in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, at around 12:57 on the same day, he/she sent his/her face and her turbane belonging to the Ginjin Police Station in dialogue with the suspect of another case to take the face of his/her own food, and sent his/her turbane face to his/her body.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers' acquisition of flagrant offenders and maintenance of order in police stations.

3. On January 16, 2015, the Defendant, in violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act, continued to engage in a large voice and slicker due to the fact that he was arrested in the D Zone D located in the Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City H as an flagrant offender, under the influence of liquor around 11:00.

Accordingly, the defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, led to a very rough and disorderly speech and behavior in the above district belt, which is a government office.
