On December 23, 2010, the Defendant sentenced the Daejeon District Court to eight months of imprisonment for violating the Act on Special Cases concerning Regulation and Punishment of Speculative Acts, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daejeon Prison on May 30, 201.

1. On October 2012, the Defendant, in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning Regulation and Punishment of Speculative Acts, etc., committed an attempt to operate an illegal game room for the first time, following the proposal of C, “The Defendant, who wanted to operate the illegal game room for the first time, will be 5 million won when regulating the game room at the police, and 15 million won when arresting the ging,” to serve as the president of the place of the game operated by C.

From October 22, 2012, in collusion with C, D, and E, the Defendant: (a) installed the sea-gambing game machine, which is a speculative gaming machine, in Asan City, 302, from early October 2012; (b) decided to allow customers to play the game by inserting cash in the said game machine; and (c) to conduct speculative businesses in exchange with gains obtained by customers; and (d) completed the above game room lease contract in the name of the Defendant around October 4, 2012; and (c) submitted the above lease contract to the Asan City, Silsan, Silsan, Silsan, under the name of the Defendant, and registered the juvenile game providing business in the name of “G Gameland” in the name of the Defendant.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with C, D, and E, engaged in speculative activities using speculative gaming machines.

2. On December 31, 2013, when the Defendant was aware of the fact that the instant game room unemployment C operated an illegal game room as described in the foregoing paragraph (1) and committed a crime by engaging in a speculative act, the Defendant also stated that the said game room unemployment C had a slopeH affiliated with the pertinent police station investigating the instant case made a false statement as the actual owner of the said game room, and had the Defendant escape from the job, who committed a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment.
