A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

1. Larceny;
A. At around 04:00 on January 17, 2016, the Defendant stolen the victim F with one gallon in S4 LTE cell phone at “EPC room” located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D3, with a gallon equivalent to KRW 400,000,000, the market price of the victim’s possession, which the victim F was locked on his/her book, by using a diculous gap.
B. On February 20, 2016, the Defendant taken up KRW 960,00,00 in a gallon 2 mobile phone and KRW 150,00 in cash, which is the market price of the victim’s external speculative machine owned by the victim, using a dallon of the subway 2 line located in the Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Dongdong-dong (Seoul Mapo-gu) around 06:30,00.
In other words, they stolen them.
2. On January 2, 2014 or around February 2, 2014, the Defendant embezzled other person’s lost things five times in total by not later than February 23, 2016, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Form, including: (a) the victim C acquired one copy of the welfare card owned by the victim, next to the passenger boarding ticket sales machine located in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (b) embezzled another person’s lost things by not returning it to the victim.
3. Violation of Acts in financial business specializing in fraud and credit;
A. On February 23, 2016, the Defendant: (a) purchased a new card (K) lost from “I convenience store operated by the victim of the name in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul; (b) presented to the victim as if he/she was his/her card; and (c) fraudulently acquired the card, and unlawfully used the credit card.
B. On February 23, 2016, the Defendant: (a) purchased a new card (K) lost by J from “M convenience store operated by the victim of the name in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seomun-gu” on February 23, 2016; (b) obtained by deceptioning the card from the victim as if he/she was his/her own card; and (c) unlawfully used the credit card.
4. On July 2015, the Defendant acquiring stolens at the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Wolsan’s Wolsan Station located in 55-ro, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu.
