The Defendant was also included in the 2011th 2nd 13th e middle school in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, and F, G, H, I (n, 14 years of age) was a half-year student.

The Defendant is obligated to protect and supervise students in a school on behalf of the person with parental authority or other legal supervisor in accordance with education-related Acts and subordinate statutes, and take appropriate measures to ensure that students can safely receive education without being threatened with the fundamental human rights of students or the health of life and body. If the Defendant becomes aware of school violence pursuant to Article 20(1), (2), and (4) of the Act on the Prevention of and Countermeasures against Violence (Act No. 9932) with the aim of protecting the human rights of students and fostering students as healthy members of society through the protection of victim students, the guidance and education of aggressor students, and mediation between victim students and aggressor students, he/she is obligated to notify the head of the school to which he/she belongs thereof.

The mother J requested that the defendant, on April 26, 201, I was assaulted by F, and I was informed that I was assaulted by F, and that I would like to investigate and take appropriate measures in a bypassing manner because I would have a concern that if the student is aware of the perpetrator, I would suffer further damage. On June 2011, I asked I would like to request I to take appropriate measures so that I would not be subject to further assault.

The J requested the Defendant to take appropriate measures against school violence as above, but I still complained of the head from F, H, etc. repeatedly, and on July 8, 201, the Defendant reported this by telephone to the Defendant, and on July 14, 2011, the I reported school violence that F, H, etc. still imprisoned the Defendant.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, upon receiving the above report on school violence, shall do so.
