A A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1.5 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by one million.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Defendant

A, Defendant B, Victim C, D, and E (W, 15 years old) are both Chinese nationals who enter Korea and stay in Korea, and the Defendants called D and C entered Korea into the convenience store in order to say that D and C entered Korea into the above convenience store on September 27, 2015. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 26190, Sep. 27, 2015; Presidential Decree No. 24488, Feb. 22, 2015; Presidential Decree No. 25020, Feb. 23, 2014>

The Defendants sent back the parts of the hair and face of the victim C and the victim D by drinking and drinking at the above date and place, and Defendant A sent the victim E (the 15-year old age) who avoided fighting to drinking and be pushed down.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly assaulted the victim C and E as above, and put the victim D into two parts of the number of days of treatment.
