1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 20,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from September 16, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
[However, “creditor” is deemed to be “Plaintiff” and “debtor” to be “Defendant. On the first date for pleading, the Plaintiff’s claim was reduced in the amount of KRW 1 million out of KRW 3 million lent to the Defendant on the first date for pleading, and sought payment of KRW 2 million in balance and delay damages.” 2.
