1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts
A. The defendant company as a party (C Co., Ltd. to D Co., Ltd. on May 21, 2007, and E Co., Ltd. on September 22, 2008; hereinafter “the defendant company”) is an insurance company that enters into various insurance and reinsurance contracts, collects insurance premiums under such contracts, pays insurance proceeds, etc. The plaintiff is the head of the F Team of the defendant company from March 19, 2009 to October 31, 2013, who was in charge of managing DRP on-site withdrawal as the head of the F Team of the defendant company.
B. A disciplinary action against the Plaintiff of the Defendant Company 1) The Defendant Company held a disciplinary committee against the Plaintiff on December 9, 2013 in accordance with the Defendant Company’s Disciplinary Punishment Regulations and committed an act falling under subparagraphs 1, 4, and 5 of Article 16 of the Detailed Punishment Regulations against the Plaintiff. As such, the Defendant Company rendered a decision that he/she shall be punished by a suspension from office for six months (hereinafter “instant suspension from office”) by applying Article 18 of the Detailed Punishment Regulations and Articles 5 and 8 of the Detailed Disciplinary Punishment Standards for Members.
On December 18, 2013, the Plaintiff notified the Plaintiff of the instant disposition of suspension from office based on the following grounds for disciplinary action. The internal control procedure and non-compliance with the rules on the selection of the DRP-based company (hereinafter “grounds for Disciplinary Action 1”).
(1) The fact that a person abused his/her authority and intended to give preferential treatment to persons related to a particular business (hereinafter “instant disciplinary ground”) is confirmed.
- The fact that, through the relations with inappropriate business operators, at least at least the following entertainments have been received from the business entity since 2012, on the basis of the relationship with the business entity 2 times G located in the Gju (hereinafter “third disciplinary ground”)
- - The gift and meal (hereinafter referred to as “instant grounds”) in the vicinity of Kimpo-si.
- - The term “grounds for disciplinary action 5” means meals at a place of service visiting H call center on duty.
- Golf costs at a golf course located in Incheon.
